Francine Wms. Creighton-Bey is a Licensed Large Home Daycare provider with extensive experience in Early Childhood Education. She is the Founder & President of the FPSCCA (FLEXx Productions Southside Child Care Association).
Francine is also the Owner of FLEXx Young Achievers Healthcare, fully Insured and Trained in CPR and First Aid. In addition, she has written a Children's books and CD's.
